Ceru, ka man izdosies šo to no šī izmantot TOKa un politikas stundās.

Wish & hope that the 'homo-puppy' thesis turns out to be the prevalent evolutionary theory in future.

Maybe I like it cause it’s mostly confirming my already held beliefs.
It’s a good intro to centering humans and treating them as ends rather than means, makes happier healthier humans.

I do think some of the conclusions are almost deliberately avoiding blaming capitalism when the profit motive is pretty clearly negatively impacting the subject of the chapter.

I found it hard to get into this book because I found the main ideas overly simplistic. The book looks at such an interesting question but I would have liked to have seen more nuance in his arguments. He also spends some time critiquing some authors, but I feel like he misrepresented their arguments.
