Pop science, but good, non-depressing pop science. Gentle brain stimulation that honestly felt like preaching to the choir the whole way through.

Very good read. I have to admit the entire time I was reading I bounced from hopeful to inner cynic though. I would catch myself thinking "well sure, but he wrote this before seeing how the world reacted to the pandemic" even though I know the news probably highlights the worst behavior instead of the coming together behavior.

Old habits are hardest to break. I'm going to try harder though.
