Very informative - information dense, in fact. A well-researched book, with carefully considered and well-backed up arguments. Relies mostly on data over qualitative description and arguments.
I don't have the best grasp of economics nor recent history/current affairs, so at times it was tough-going. I suspect I would have enjoyed it more if my general knowledge was better. I expect to come back to this book later with a better foundation, at which point I'll likely have a greater appreciation for the book.
