I feel like this is a book I should have liked more than I did. There were so many elements that I liked, but I had a hard time getting into it and wasn’t a fan of the pacing at times. I really liked the last 1/3 of the book, though! I could see myself continuing this series - I’m so curious to know what happens with the characters!

should've known this book wasn't for me when on chapter 3 i was already dissociating, but i only have myself to blame for continuing...

anyway, please don't ask me whatever the hell happened in this book, because i genuinely couldn't tell you
