STAY HAPPY
This is my most favorite book in this category. I've taken a lot of time nearly a whole month to read and understand this book, it's lines and it's meaning. It had transformed my thoughts and I think being happy isn't that difficult.
Each one of us has the right to be happy. This book deals with a lot of problems that result in making us sad from comparing ourselves to losing loved ones to getting failed, it gives us the solution of these problems as well. Maybe everyone can't use that techniques but it might help all of us.
Moreover it teaches us how to be a good human with a compassionate heart. As Dalai Lama XIV said happiness and compassion go hand in hand. If we r compassionate towards another person it will make them happy as well as we will feel happy.
The ideologies of Dalai Lama XIV and Experiences of Howard C. Cutler helps a lot in understanding human mind and how we can use antidotes of negativity to bring positivity in our life and be happy. Overall I love this book alot and positivity of Dalai Lama and hard work and motivation of Howard Cutler has resulted in a very beautiful and calming book.
I want to thank both the Authors with my whole heart for such an amazing book.

Even though the content is great, told in an easy-to-understand way, it takes a lot of effort making some progress in this book. Nevertheless, its informing & helpful in your everyday life! Can be considered an eye-opener to some extent, especially for the Western civilisation that thinks capitalism is the best thing ever created by human beings.
