This was a great collection introducing new writers into the Marvel universe, all writing Indigenous characters. Some of my favorite authors--Rebecca Roanhorse, Stephen Graham Jones, and Darcie Little Badger--are included, as well as other creators I had never picked up before.
There are a ton of awesome characters in here, sometimes highlighted solo and other times working together. I'm particularly interested in continuing to read/see more about Mirage and Snowguard because their powers are the most interesting to me (using people's fears to create visions and turning into animals, respectively). But I also loved Echo, American Eagle, the Captain America of the Kickapoo Tribe, Werewolf by Night, and all the rest. I appreciated the essays from the creators that spoke about Indigenous representation and how this kind of renaissance in comics is long overdue.
