Another adorable story about Whyborne & Griffin, this time a Christmas short which contains spoilers from the previous book.

Love the series, but disliked this interlude. Did like the bit about the hymns however- love the flavor of Widdershins.

I'm so weak for these short stories, and even if I can be quite a Scrooge with fluff and stuff, this made me grin from start to finish. I love in-betweens, and this in-between snippet with Whyborne and Griffin was cute and lovely and sprinkeled with snow and holiday feels, and I loved it. Side note: it gave me a feeling of a writing challenge like "write a short story with the words 'bah humbug', 'snow ball', 'christmas party,' 'mulled cider,' 'wreath' with love letters". I adore challenges like that and this story reminded me of that as well ❤
