Not my favorite, good information throughout but I feel I have read better self-help books!

I started reading this book a couple of years ago but DNF, for reasons unknown. I'm not big on non-fiction (especially of the "self-help variety)and while I liked the straightforward writing and the examples, I felt a lot of (self-imposed) pressure to start lots of good habits and change my life IMMEDIATELY.

This time, I got a skip-the-line (7-day) loan from Libby on the audiobook version and I tore through it. I'm feeling inspired to take a closer look at some areas of my life that could use some fine tuning and see where it takes me. It helped that it was only 6 hours long.
