The classic song is illustrated in this paperback book. The book also includes the melody if you are unfamiliar with the tune.

A cute rhyming book - I guess it's really based on a song, but I've never heard the song.
The pictures are cute and the story is fun and silly.
I don't think my little girl (age 2) really enjoyed it as she hasn't asked to read it again.

Brief summary a classic sing song book with funny illustrations
Annotation this book is really meant to be sung It visually shows the story of Miss Lucy's baby - Tiny Tim and the old lady and their adventures. Also, kids (and adults) like any sickness that can be cured with pizza!
Age appropriateness 0-5
Connection to six early literacy skills phonological awareness. The sing song and rhyming pattern make this a good choice to increase phonological awareness.
Five practices it best represents is song. This is such a fun story and the pattern is very catchy.
Opinion - I sung this a kid and my kids sang it. It's got a humor that is funny to kids. Overall this is worth sharing for a fun, silly rhyming song.

Berry is obsessively in love with this one! The song has invaded our regular bedtime repertoire and I don't see it leaving anytime soon.

Sweet, simple and it rhymes! Sadly not very popular in my library, maybe it is far too short.
