The ecological nightmares in this Cthulhu infused are real! Trash islands are a serious environmental issue. The remainder of the Lovecraftian horrors? I guess that is yet to be discovered. If you like Cthulhu Mythos tales or wild fantasy I recommend you read this and McLaughlin's other books. I throughly enjoyed it.
