Super cute story that is more about a father and daughter relationship than it is a YA romance. It takes place in Santorini, and I was here for all of the Atlantis lore.

ā€œTrust your instincts. The world is run by people who have no idea what theyā€™re doing.ā€

I absolutely loved every book in this collection but Love & Olives was by far my favorite. I did not want this book to end. Iā€™ve realized I LOVE reading about other countries and cultures and these were so well written and cute. I was not expecting what happens at the end of this one but following Olive throughout the book and seeing her learn so much more about how affected sheā€™s been by her dad was incredible. I loved how it showed her growth with re-evaluating her past and seeing her dad in a whole new, albeit heartbreaking, way. Also Theo filled my heart and soul

I had just as much fun reading this book as I did her previous book of Love & Luck. I loved being able to tag along with Olive to visit Greece, imagining the Bookstore and the food sounded delicious.

I highly recommend this book which is equal parts sweet, hard hitting and surprising.

Trigger warnings: single parenting, complicated parent/child relationship, mental illness, chronic illness
