Fantastic breakdown of the major parts of astrology. Great beginner book to study. I don’t think someone who has a firm grasp of astrology would need or enjoy this but if you’re wanting to dive in this is great.

One of my favorite astrology books. It’s a super simple reas packed with so much valuable information. I would consider myself an immediate astrologer but I think it’s
Important to return to the foundational basics and be reminded of the power of our sun, moon and ascendant. Super cool to see how I’m living in alignment with my placements, too. I’ll support Chani in all of her endeavors. If you haven’t heard of her company yet, you should. Not only is it an astrology company, but it serves as a prime example of how employers should treat their workers and how the business can support marginalized populations

I loved this book. It provides a great intro to astrology and 3 of the most prominent placements. I wish it included information on north node placements too which is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5. But otherwise great.

This was a fun evening read and kinda like putting together a puzzle. I'd look at my chart from Nicholas' website, look at her book for answers, and try to piece it together. Reflecting on it before I went to sleep, I don't think I'm that into astrology. Some things rang true, some did not. Fun for an evening for this cat.

"From its own house, Saturn will pile burdens of responsibility upon the person born with this placing of the planet - but at the same time give them the stamina and power to deal with them."

"Saturn in Scorpio (self-mastery through connecting with the mysteries of sex and death)...Saturn in Scorpio knows how to navigate through the intense emotional experiences of sex, death, and power dynamics."

Wow. I love you, Saturn 10. I read lots of interesting things, but Saturn was the most interesting.
