I didn’t love this one as much as others but still very good! Love Mr. Canis so loved this focus on him here. I was kind of getting annoyed at Sabrina and Daphne’s conflicts here, I think because Daphne does not feel like a seven year old?? But then again she’s been going through a lot so maybe I should drop that grievance lol but in general the tension between them is good for both of their development. LOVED Robin Hood and Little John.

This is like A Series of Unfortunate Events meets Once Upon a Time. Humans and 'Everafters' aka fairytale characters live side by side but the characters don't age while humans do. The Sisters are descendants of the Grimm Brothers. The whole premise of Grimm Brothers stories being documentation rather than fairytales made up is fantastic.

I just finished this book today, it was a good read and another great addition to the series. :) It made me pick up book 7 straight away as it ended on a slight cliff hanger like the others. Only 3 books left in the series I'm excited to see where this will go.

This series has reached the point where it has become a bit repetitive. The plot has a macroplot but the character development does not seem to carry over as much as it should between the episodes. However, I don't think that Buckley intended to show long term growth in Sabrina over this series. I did enjoy the introduction of Robin Hood and his gang as well as their interaction with Nottingham. Thankfully, only three more entries in the series remain.
