Only took me a day and almost 400 pages into The Lost Hero to write this review.
Now that I've like... actually completed the first step into becoming a Percy Jackson fan I can 100% say this was a 5 star read. The series as a whole has been a 5 star read (even if all my ratings are 4s).
Every single character and death has meant something to me and this series has been a great way to end off my junior year of high school. I never imagined I'd be reading PJO ever honestly. Thanks, Sean (brother).
On this book specifically: I think the action and how it never really ended was what really got me. I wanted to know everything (that I had yet to find out) and it made me want to just keep turning each page.
Which is what it did. I should have gone to bed.
I think this concludes my review as I cannot find anything else to say.
Favorite Quote: "Maybe I wasn't the brightest guy in the world when it came to girls, but I was pretty sure that Rachel had just dumped me, which was lame considering we'd never even been together."
^ Between this and anything Percabeth, but I chose funny today.

Took me awhile to get through. Good book loved the storyline. At times it was too much we have no troops yet oh wait look a new character is here to redeem us, but that’s how these types of stories always go. Yay for Percabeth!
