A well thought out book. Has several helpful, definitions and resources, including the HEART method.

I also appreciate that this author seems to also enjoy reading and recommend several great resources and books.

Although this book is geared towards polyamorous people, I highly recommend it to anyone who is interested in improving their emotionally intimate relationships, no matter your relationship style preference. /Because/ the book is geared towards polyamory it gets to the root of (in)security & attachments rather than relying on looking at symptoms or presentations rather than the problem itself. It also contains an entire chapter on how you can be secure in yourself and provide yourself the support commonly sought from relationships, which I believe is important skill for every single person.

Explores the intersection of attachment style and trauma, and how they present and affect a polyamorous relationship structure. Very informative and affirming
