i enjoyed the writing, the atmosphere, the characters. I fell in love with Isabella, and even David started meaning a lot to me in the end. 
however, i am utterly confused about what truly happened. a lot of things were unexplained, and no matter how much I think about it, I can't come up with an explanation

This novel is so beautifully written and tells the mystery of a deeply troubled writer. I have loved everything this author has written and this was no exception. The plot was somewhat murky at times but the amazing writing and characters more than made up for it.
