While I originally snagged this Anthology just for May Dawson's contribution, "Captured by the Dragon"- I found MYSELF captured by most of the stories as well. Anthologies are hit or miss with me. Sometimes I love them, sometimes I hate them - and sometimes they just leave me thirsty for more.

Jumping off from my original intent of May Dawson, whose Dragon story is the kind that makes you smile and coo with the epic sweetness at the end (truly, the end, not the middle of it.... the FMC makes a choice that made me cringe!) to the other stories in this epic collection, like Emma Cole's prequel or seeing Atlantis through Dana Lyons eyes.... well, let's just say this is a delicious Anthology worth the time it takes to read.

Some stories may not quite live up to the strength of the others, but taken as a whole, this is a wonderful book I highly recommend.

Lions, tigers, bears..... and Dragons... Oh my.

Only read my favorite author so far...

Loved Filthy Vandal, this storyline is so intriguing. This short tale introduces a new shifter jail. Grant the jailer runs into a bit of a problem with a new inmate. Then fate throws him a bone. A fast paced fun ride of a read there is lots of action, a setup of a fun new world, and characters you can’t help but love.
