This card playing couple will win your heart. I like Riley, she is having fun playing cards hanging with her friend Jax. It’s sort of weird that they all of a sudden figure out they’re mates, but I like the storytelling. Even in this short book they go through a lot of “feels “ and some smoking sexy times.

This book is really hot. Jax has two passions poker and women but he secretly loves Riley but can’t bring himself to tell her. He’s a feral and not good enough to take home to family or mate with.
