I really enjoyed this book. I donโ€™t think I liked it quite as much as the brown sisters trilogy but I think thatโ€™s just bc this is YA. I thought it was super cute and fun and just a nice read overall.

I will be having a memorial service as this book is now over. ๐Ÿ˜…๐Ÿ˜…๐Ÿ˜… jokes aside love this, soft fluffy reads are usually not my pick up books but as an black girl reader I had to pick it up. Iโ€™m so happy I did because this book was funny, fluffy and so sweet from cover to cover

I liked the characters but I wish some of the side characters had gotten more time. Cute though!

Didn't really like the MC dynamic and flow of the story.

This book is indeed unfairly cute. I really did enjoy it, I loved the dynamic between Celine and Brad. Even when they're "enemies" it's a fun dynamic, I love their aggressive banter. Aurora is sooo cute I love her so much. The two camping trips are a very interesting setting and I did enjoy both. I thought Celine was cool with her confidence but it was also very good to see her confront her daddy issues. I thought it was interesting to see how it affects her life and the things she enjoys. I like Brad I can't comment on the quality of his OCD as a representation but I've never seen a protag with OCD before. I like the way he handles his OCD.

My biggest problem is the enemies to lovers and the 2 third act break ups lol. I don't see them as enemies, they don't feel like anything more than petty rivals, especially with how quickly they make up. I also didn't like how much they fussed about with the miscommunication. They are super cute together it's annoying watching them pretend to not like each other. Also the month insert pages are nice but sometimes they ruin the chapter structure. Chapter 3 is way longer than the first 2. I did like it though.
