This was my first read by Sea. Great! Disgusting and I’m sure in some way offensive but told with great conviction. Loved this story and appreciate Sea’s ability to captivate the reader.

I think it's really hard to write splatterpunk without coming across as an edgy teen boy trying to be shocking. I think a couple of things in this book lean more towards the edge lord so I'm not a massive fan.
Also ??? Legit says "femur (leg bone)" like, that just came across as *very* sloppy writing
