Adding DeMatteis to do the script really improved this compared to the previous book, but a lot of the Doctor Fate stuff is still pretty tedious. I'm a little shocked I enjoyed this so much the first time around.

I guess I liked this one more. It was cool to see Jaime suit up with the classic Blue Beetle look. I liked J.M. DeMatteis writing Dr. Fate again. For some reason Omac showed up... There's a lot here and most doesn't click, but also, whatever. There's one more volume. Let's do it.
