EEE. It sparks joy.
From the A cover and the B cover just being flawless (thank you) and just iconic, like these are wall art one day, the interior feeling a lot more Timm-esque than some of the others. And I know it's the same as before but I don't know if it's just something about the plot or just seeing Bruce as Bruce more than just Batman or what it is, I was all about it .

The story is very like, what I want to see in a BTAS styled comic, and I won't lie, I enjoyed the weird supersoldier thing okay, but this is definitely more my kinda Batman story and I cannot wait to see where this is going. And I will be so so sad if it isn't going to be good.

Give me more Detective stories, give me more "What is that villain doing? Is it really a positive? Can people change? How much?" And then the will we won't we with Bruce and Talia is always fairly iconic.
Not to mention I bet a lot of people had to look up the word haberdashery to figure out what it was, or they just let it slide rather than worry about it, but hopefully a new wave of people learned a new word.
I just <3 it makes me happy. I'm looking forward to the rest of this season.
