Hmm not sure. It’s better than Haunting and Hunting Adeline. Those were a little quanon for me. This story was better but had some unbelievable plot holes. Spoiler- they just didn’t question there was ghosts making noise at night?!? 3rd HD Carlton book for me but I don’t think I’ll read anymore

I went into this book not knowing anything about it. I knew the author, so I knew I was in for it. The story is a dark romantic thriller. Enzo, one of the MCs, an intense Italian man with a big….. You know.. Immediately had my heart. The story is intense, suspenseful, heartbreaking, romantic and emotional. Follow Sawyer and Enzo's story to survival. Despite all odds, it’s them against the ocean.

I read this after the cat & mouse duet. I thought I was hooked then, but after reading this I knew I had officially found my favorite author. I am a huge shark fanatic and this book just does it for me all the way!

I thought this was pretty good overall. I like that there is some mystery, action, spice and another language (Italian). I thought there would be more spice throughout the book. while there were several scenes, only 2-3 were actually spicy (in my opinion). I would recommend this.

Could not fall into the story the way I did with the author's other books, the characters didn't feel real and like something I could really attach to. I couldn't quite follow the story line. And because I didn't immediately love it, I stopped reading.
