This one reminded me of a movie I watched before ( I can't remember anymore).

This is creepy, definitely intrigued, and the majority of my experience while reading this. I just expected more from this and wasn't able to experience that.

Just realised that there's another instalment for this ( ¿?), so I'm definitely reading that.

Ahhhhh. This book. Oh this book. Perfectly nerdy and creepy and brilliant.

Loved it so much.

Creepy, very creepy vibes with this one. Not the fairy tale that Nettle & Bone was. Still very good. I just felt as if there could’ve been more to it and I can’t really put my finger on what “it” was. I’m not sure that’s due to T. Kingfisher or Edgar Allen Poe as this was her reimagining of “The Fall of the House of Usher” which I have not read. Overall, I still thoroughly enjoyed this and it just might have me looking at fungi a little differently now lol
