I didn’t think the book would be about philosophy, but more about how one can be ok with being disliked

I really enjoyed this book and think that it offered new perspectives on self development that I hadn’t heard before. I think a lot of books like this repeat similar concepts so the fresh information was nice. I listened to this and think that was the right call, as I don’t imagine reading the interview style book would be as exciting.

Eh, I didn’t get much from this. However, that could be because I already was already familiar with Adler’s thoughts. I’m sure some people really find a lot of value here but I don’t necessarily think I have.
