Really 3.5 stars (Goodreads should really have the half star option!) Good story...I liked it better than the first one, 'The Runner'. The Silo world created by Hugh Howey is just awesome and WJ Davies does a good job expanding on it.

Nice follow up to the first covering different details in happening at the same as the first book. Also a good addition to the Silo universe.

Just like in Hugh Howey’s original trilogy, this sequel oversees almost the same timeline and events and the first novel, but from another set of characters eyes. It really allows the reader to digest every little ounce of story there is. I can’t wait to read the third part of this series!
