I swear these books keep getting weirder and more and more random moments get tossed in that make no sense? Why the plane crash? WHAT DID THAT ADD?
Anyway, this was a definite upswing from the last book in that it wasn't rooted in transphobia, so that was nice. It still didn't make a ton of sense though and I feel like I missed some explanations and some resolutions... but here we are.
This is definitely a guilty pleasure series for me - I go in expecting nothing and I am not left disappointed.
(But also #JusticeforJill - I know it's been a while but she's been totally erased from everyone's memory. When Lindsey was looking at the photo of the group, I thought it would be a nice time to mention Jill, but nope, nothing. Did James Patterson forget he initially had another member of the club??).
