Because stories bring us new perspectives and understanding… that we do exist in a multiverse - through the power of imagination.

Some good stories, but not brilliant. The final story, which became part of [b:The Graveyard Book|2213661|The Graveyard Book|Neil Gaiman|https://i.gr-assets.com/images/S/compressed.photo.goodreads.com/books/1531295292l/2213661._SY75_.jpg|2219449] is probably the best. The rest are examples of what a fledgling writer can do if they have enough background knowledge of existing folklore. For example, it's kind of cute that a club of gourmands would eventually come to eat the phœnix, but a cute idea is all it is.

But you can while away a Sunday morning—when you should be doing your homework—with this book.

Super disappointing. In general, I like Neil Gaiman book but this one was... I don't even know how to describe it. Stupid. The stories weren't good (except for like one or two). It is also supposed to be for kids (even if everyone can read it) and more than once make sex references. Most stores were boring.. like, really boring. It feels as if he wrote the book when he was still in middle school.

A collection of short stories, some amazing and others less so. The Price was my favorite.

This collection of short stories had me reading the book until it was 11pm. It made me want to read more of his books.
