This book was short, but boy reading it was like entertaining a dry texter. Yes, it is brief. Yes, it has some useful tactics with real life examples.. but man, there were so many times when I legit dozed off whilst reading it. So if you don't already have this lying around in your office (as in my case), find a better book on negotiation tactics!

Helpful for people in sales. It's a good book when you're a beginner in sales and want some tips. It's direct to the point and  it does have new skills that you can practice. Although in the digital age of zoom calls some feels outdated
