Ms. Kennedy beautifully tells a sexy tales of letting go and healing.

Dirty talking Master Kyler of Club Sin, need to protect not only comes from being a Dom, also from being a cop. Wanting a challenge in his life, he gets just that in a vanilla beauty! Ella sets Kyler’s body and mind off. Learning of the lady’s past Kyler goes into protect and Dom mode. Bringing Ella into the life was a blessing and curse all in one. Showing her the pleasures of BDSM makes Kyler realize she is unlike any woman he has known.

Ella’s strength and independence was highlights of this book for me. Leaving a man that hurts her in the worst way, she starts a fresh life. Living in sin city and a vow to try new things, interesting thing are bound to happen. Meeting Kyler turns Ella’s world upside down. Hidden desires surface and Ella find herself submitting to Master Kyler and trusting him in way unknown to her. With her past known Ella wants to submit more than Kyler is willing to push her at this point in her healing. Ella shows that sometimes the submissive has to school a master as his own game.

A beyond sexy story that show the line between abuse and consensual BDSM play is a lot thinker than one would think. Trust, passion and bonding, Ella and Kyler learn who each other are through pleasure.

Ella and Kyler make you want a life time membership to Club Sin!

Desired is the third book in Stacey Kennedy’s Club Sin series. I’ve had this book on my TBR since it was released back in 2014. I’ve been meaning to catch up on the series, and finally, I’ve made time for it since I’m back in my BDSM Romance Era.

First, this story does have some content that may bother some readers.
(Potential Spoiler Warning) Ella was in an abusive relationship before meeting Kyler, and I wanted to make it known for some readers who find this triggering because there is a descriptive scene of what happened to her. With that being said, there is no cheating involved in this book, even if technically, Ella is still married to her a-hole of soon-be ex-husband, who needs to sign the divorce papers already because there is no way she’s taking him back after she got a restraining order and left him to go to Las Vegas to start a new life for herself. I’m friggin’ proud of Ella for taking the step to protect herself, even though she should have revealed the truth to Kyler when he asked if something was going on with her because he already suspected something was wrong. When Kyler isn’t on the scene at Club Sin as a Dom, he’s a police officer, and he sees the signs from Ella that she has been abused.</spoiler

Kyler may have well become my favorite Club Sin Master, especially with how protective and caring he was toward Ella’s needs as not only his submissive but outside the club, even though Ella didn’t need his protection. I knew I would like his character back when he was first introduced in the series, but this book makes my love for him even stronger.

If there is one thing that Stacey Kennedy goes into detail about in this book, it is how the Dom/Sub relationship works and what is expected from both Dom/Sub. It’s not just about the spice (even though that is a plus to the book because it does heat up between the MCs. Stacey brings the spice love to ultra hot between Kyler and Ella, and I was here for it.), but the dynamics of the relationship are what I focused on when reading Desired

Ella was new to the world, but Kyler opened her up to the possibilities of it, and she was willing to learn from him, even though she didn’t mean to find a relationship after her last one. She was meant to find Kyler, and I loved that she found happiness again, especially with him.

One particular scene that will forever be rent-free in my head is when Ella decides to defy Kyler, and it involves the other submissives in the club. Ella was a badass for this, and I loved how the other subs (including their Doms) got involved to have this happen for her. This particular scene changed Kyler’s thoughts on how to handle his sub and take in her feelings more. It did cause Ella to have a punishment later, but one that she would enjoy.

I really enjoyed this book and can’t wait to read the rest of the books in the series now that I realize I never finished reading it. Bad on me. Stacey Kennedy has always been one of my favorite BDSM romance authors because she not only brings the heat level up a notch in each book but also writes some unforgettable characters with emotional storylines.

Would I recommend this book/series? Yes.

Standalone or Part of Series: It’s part of the Club Sin series and it’s an Interconnected Standalone Series, where you could read out of order. If you are like me and prefer to read in order, I recommend starting with Claimed (Book One).

Thanks netgalley for a hot read in exchange for a review. I loved, and enjoyed reading this book. A romantic BDSM novel with a very passionate chemistry. Definitely a light side to BDSM novel, with a smoking hot cop for a Dominant. The plot was feisty and the scenes were daring and beautiful. Ella was a sweet submissive, and her cop was just right for her. Loved it, five entertainment stars for sweetness.

I really loved Ella and was excited to see how the vanilla girl would become what Master Kyler was looking for in a sub. She has a bit of luggage in her past though - luggage she thinks she's overcome, but it is still standing in the way of her being truly happy. A lot of this book is about situations that directly involve Ella's past and at times it was very interesting and thoughtful, but at other times it was just a little too much in her head and not enough out of it.

Kyler was a good guy, but he was probably my least favorite of the doms so far. Now, that may sound bad, but he was still a great dom and he is competing against some really good characters from previous books. He just thought he was right all the damn time, and sometimes he needed to listen to what Ella wanted instead of assuming he knew what it was instead. And while he wasn't completely wrong - he was far from right as well. This was my big problem with him - his "I know everything" attitude.

Their story remains very beautiful, perhaps even more so because of these character traits. There were several times I thought the couple had fallen apart forever and somehow they managed to make it through and come out there other side even closer than they had been before.

I loved this! I was looking forward to Kyler's story and was not disappointed. I thought this book was very fast paced and all the details were laid out nicely. I pretty much picked it up and didn't want to put it back down.

Kyler is fantastic. Passionate, caring, and aware. I liked learning more about him and seeing how he ticks. I liked Ella a lot too. I thought she was strong and I liked the challenge she gave herself. They were an interesting pairing since they were from different worlds but it was a perfect fit. They had a serious connection and I really liked the way their story evolved. There were a few ups and downs with an element from Ella's past that created some turmoil that added some drama to the story. I thought everything played out perfectly.

The level of hotness between Kyler and Ella was off the charts! This story held so much passion and heat. Since Kyler is from the BDSM world there was lots of discovery going on. Ella wanted to open herself up to new things and oh man! did that happen and then some. Kyler is one sexy, protective, and attentive Dom. On top of all that heat there was a growing trust that developed and it was awesome.

I loved all the secondary characters in this. It was so great seeing Presley and Dimitri and Cora and Aidan. I enjoyed all their interactions together. There was a scene with all the girls that was highly entertaining!!! Kenzie and Porters story was hinted upon too and I’m definitely looking forward to it.

It ended with a major bang – intense and erotic. Definitely a nice steamy conclusion. Overall I loved the storyline, the dual POV’s, everything developed nicely and had a great progression. You could feel their passion and the characters were great.

I am a big fan of Stacey Kennedy and love her Club Sin series! Interesting characters mixed with great stories and major sexy times. I definitely recommend it!

WOW....I don't even know where to begin with this review. I LOVED LOVED LOVED this book. There are no words adequate enough to describe just how much I loved this book. The Club Sin series is one of my favorite series. I knew that because I loved Claimed & Bared that I would also love Desired. With that said, I went into this book with somewhat high expectations. So, to say that Desired not only went above & beyond my expectations is an understatement. This book is so thoughtfully & well written. The BDSM genre can be a tough genre to write but, Stacey Kennedy hits the nail on the head every time. She does a fantastic job of not only portraying the lifestyle, but also getting the emotions of the characters to jump off the pages.

Desired brings us Master Kyler's story. Kyler is not only a Master Dom at Club Sin but, he's also a cop. Watching all of his friends (and fellow Master's) find love he's been wondering if he's ever going to find that special someone. So when he locks eyes with a girl at Aiden & Cora's wedding he feels this indescribable pull towards her. Aiden notices how Kyler is looking at her & lets him know her name is Ella and that she works for him. Aiden also lets Kyler know that he see's her as his little sister so he needs to do right by her. Kyler knows there's something about her that's pulling him towards her so he can't stay away. So he goes over to her and asks her to dance. At first she was hesitant but, eventually she agrees. She knows there's something about him that makes her want to be around him. While they're dancing Kyler can see the torment of something in her eyes. He wants to be the man that makes that look go away.

Ella has come to Vegas by way of Savannah. She's just coming out of a long term & serious relationship that's left her not only heartbroken, but also battered & bruised. Inside and Out. She doesn't want another relationship not only because she's not really ready for one but, she's afraid to open herself up. She doesn't want anyone knowing about her past. She wants to not only deal with it on her own, she doesn't want anyone to know what she went through. So, when she locks eyes with Kyler, she can't help but also feel pulled to him. With her new life moto of 'live like you only have 6 months to live' she throws caution to the wind & takes a chance on him. Ella explains to him that she's just getting out of a serious relationship so she's not looking for one now. She agrees to the one night of no strings attached fun. Kyler knowing that she's vanilla see's some submissive qualities in her. Especially after their wicked hot one night stand. They both now know that after that one night that nothing will ever be the same for them.

This book is so much more than just the hot sex & let me tell you there is A LOT of hot sex! Like thigh clenching hot sex. There's this passionate, beautiful, loving relationship that unfolds between Kyler & Ella. He's not only patient with her but he's mindful about what she went through in her past and helps her emotionally confront it. Especially when her past comes comes crashing down on her.

What I love about Stacey Kennedy is that she writes these strong confident women that happen to belong in this awesome BDSM community that she's created. You end up feeling emotionally attached to these characters that they almost feel like friends. I love stepping into the Club Sin world because I know a) I'm going to love it & b) where you end up knowing these characters as you read each book, they become familiar to you so you want to know what happens to them all. I highly recommend Desired as well as the Club Sin series. I do suggest that you read them in order. You don't have to but, in my opinion it'll make a difference in how the characters & even the stories are portrayed.
