So, what's a girl to do when her marriage is on the way out and she finds herself drawn to the sexy neighbor... Shag her and her husband.

Thi is the fourth book in the Baumgartners Series that I've read. And while I enjoyed it a lot, I'm starting to notice a trend in the plots. There always seems to be the same bonding experiences, the same draws. For instance, the girls always are drawn to Carrie, that's not to say they're not attracted to Doc but it's always Carrie who nabs and shags them first.

This is an easy sexy read, but I feel I should add a warning due to the PTS elements after the main character suffering a miscarriage shortly before the book starts. Having never been through such a thing myself I can't speak from experience but I do know a lot of women can suffer from such a terrible thing happening so if you think this might affect you, I'd advise reading with care.

Meh? I had high hopes even though romance is my least favorite genre. The only erotica I've ever given a five star to was another of Selena Kitt's books so I was really hoping this would be along the same lines but it just didn't do it for me. The sex scenes and dialogue were *so* repetitive that I skimmed the last 25% and I'm pretty sure I didn't miss anything.

Trigger Warning: loss of child.

TW aside (I wish it hadn't been in there, it really took a great book and made it all sorts of depressing) I really liked this book. I wish it hadn't had that, people who have lost children don't want to read about it. Ugh! Really does piss me off.

But I tried to skip over those parts and just focused on the sex and the fun and those parts were great! Good characters and tons of naughty fun. Take out the bad parts and this is a delicious romp of a book! Will definitely read more.

If you are looking for ON FIRE erotica then look no further!! This is my first Baumgartner book but as I looked to find more in this series I found this is not the first book for these characters. The Baumgartner's have other adventures but this one revolves around the next door neighbor who spots Carrie Baumgartner sun bathing. This intrigue turns into a flaming hot sexual encounter between the women. Through their friendship Dani finds an emotional and sexual connection with Carrie and Doc. There are a bunch of sexual combinations that occur through this story but it wasn't just about the sex. There was this emotional side that I did not see coming but was drawn into all the same.

This specific video review will be included in the December 2018 wrap-up.
