Undeniably entertaining and Branum is brutally honest about himself, for better or for worse. For worse in a lot of instances, where he tells pretty unflattering stories about himself. The book is funny, Branum is funny, but the style is a bit disjointed and meandering. I get that it's supposed to be that way, but I still kept asking myself "where are we going with this" nearly every chapter where a personal anecdote is woven in between an obscure culture reference in a convoluted way to end at a deeper reflection on life. It's a personal memoir combined with thoughts on pop culture, in a way that tries to do both at once. It doesn't always quite fit together. But it definitely will hold your attention.
