I'm not sure how one can really call this "read" so make of that what you will.
For the most part, this is wonderful. Where exactly was Pemberley? or the Kwik-E-Mart HQ? This is the atlas for you (there are two indices, one of placenames and the other of source material to help find things). The phrase "most part" should tell you something and it's this: some of the places just feel wrong. Example? Gotham City is in New Jersey? Another example? Metropolis is in Delaware? Don't tell me that's where DC has decided to place them, generations of readers have other ideas. And Xanadu is not in there (you know, the place with the stately pleasure dome?).
