Wow.

Are there the right words to tell you what this book did to me? No, I don't think so. Perhaps if I had recorded the many bursts of laughter that these characters pulled from me. Or perhaps the many times tears fell down my cheeks and my chest restricted in understanding.

This is one of my favorite books I've read this year and I insist you go read it as well.

No really. I insist. You won't regret it.

If you enjoySarah Dessen, John Green or Rainbow Rowell you will adore this quirky adventure

Ok WOW!!! This book was so much more than I expected.

Along with the book the author includes some trigger warnings which I’ll list here in case you’re interested in reading. Severe anxiety, toxic relationship, grief, suicide, self-harm and ptsd.

Now …. Let me give this book the awesome review it deserves!

Main character Lucy MacArthur is a 19yr old girl going through the motions of everyday life while also suppressing her grief of her brother who only died a year earlier. She has her main support of her best friend Carder who she is glued to and her awesome parents who moved but make sure to stay in touch and visit!
One day Lucy goes into Carders work and makes a very interesting first impression on a guy who may or may not be giving the butterfly’s in her stomach a kick start.

Holy jellybeans Batman!! This book was beyond amazing and put me on a roller coaster of emotions, but in all the best ways possible!! It was relatable to me in so many different aspects, which made me enjoy it that much more!! Having the content warning before the story even starts helped me emotionally prepare myself as much as one possibly can for everything that you feel reading this, and I very much so greatly appreciated that! But seriously, this book is definitely worth checking out!!
