It was so bad, I don't even think I finished it!

Hewan's review: "100 and 52 and 34 hundred stars. I really loved the last chapter. Jane was my favorite, especially when she meeted her best friend."

A funny collection of family adventures. We listened to most of it on audiobook, the full-cast version which was pretty well done.

Perhaps I should have read these in order (I picked up The Middle Moffat first because it was on my bookshelf), but no matter. These are wonderful, delightful books. The looming "For Sale" sign annoys all residents, times are tough, and then Rufus gets scarlet fever. But there's also plenty of funny--like the trolley car fight and the dance recital and Jane's terror of the Chief of Police. So glad I finally read these!

This is such a cute one! I remember reading it probably when I was in late elementary school. It was fun to reread it! The audiobook was well done!

Fun and lighthearted. We all enjoyed it.

This book was more like separate tales about one family rather than one comprehensive story. I don't usually prefer that in books. I like a plot that connects each chapter. However, it was still a cute story.
