This book is a good overview of the major river systems in Minnesota. It goes into just enough detail to be useful, but not so much that it feels like a textbook. I would have liked more technical details, but it's clearly written for a general audience.
I would recommend this book for Minnesota natives and visitors alike, especially if you're planning a vacation.
