This definitely gave me a different view of the anime when reading the story vs watching the story unfold. I still really enjoyed reading it, except when it felt like you were supposed to know what the name of a specific piece of classical music is supposed to sound like. I'm guessing it's along the same lines of if we heard the "Danger Zone" song and knew it from either being in a movie, a movie trailer, a commercial, or on Archer since it's so popular and used everywhere. The cast list is also pretty large and seemed to build on itself with each story as previous characters would reappear and you had to remember who they were from the previous story. It started to get a little hard to keep track of, but I guess it can be practice for me since I still want to read A Song of Ice and Fire at some point. But anywho, if you're a fan of the anime, you'll enjoy this book. Just be ready to look up some things on Google in case you get confused.
