When your favorite children’s book writer invites you to the private island that the books are based on for a competition of a lifetime. This was about feeding the inner child in all of us. This healed some childhood trauma for me and I really enjoyed it. Such a fun idea and happy endings for everyone.

Takes a bit of patience at first, but this feel-good story proves worthwhile, and speaks to some important issues and truths. Readers will have to suspend some disbelief and evaluate some oddities. The inclusion of riddles is especially fun.
