this book was good, it wasn't what I expected as each chapter is a category about the authors time living in Mexico vs. chronologically. I expected it to be more of an anecdotal story of his time in Mexico. To which it was but there was not a super cohesive story.
I did like his humor and I found his writing and anecdotes relatable from my experience in Mexico too. The chapters were broken up to pretty good topics however, there were some that could have been filtered out as I found myself reading a chapter as to how he categorised different types of dogs (haha).
On the whole a nice easy read and will make you laugh if you have spent some time in Mexico!
