it was more boring than the first one but that might be because im too dumb to understand the concepts that were approached; thus i won't be reading the third novel since it might be a waste of time

i genuinely can't formulate any thoughts other than libbynico deserved better and I AM SO READY FOR LIBBYS CORRUPTION ARC IN THE ATLAS COMPLEX!!!!

also thank you olivie for giving me libby, getting her back was one of the most comforting things ever.

also you have somehow managed to get me to actually like callum, which i never thought was humanly possible. seeing his relationships with the others change, even if it was so slightly, was really cool. i loved the dynamic between him and reina and i hope they can keep that friendship.

now nico time....... my poor baby was suffering the entire book because of libby being gone. “he missed libby rhodes the way he would miss having electricity. or his left hand. he did not know how to function without her.” and “the mention of nico, which should have been met with an eye roll, had only produced a severe tearing of something in her chest. something necessary, like an artery. she was bleeding internally and yet was somehow perfectly fine.” GOD THEY ARE MEANT FOR EACH OTHER. MY BINARY STARS

I enjoyed this one more than the first. Hoping the 3rd book continues this trend.
