I am enjoying The Avant-Guards so far. However, in this issue, I have one complaint. I think the team is a little too aggressive and overwhelming in trying to recruit Charlie to their basketball team. Charlie takes it as a little flattering and considers it the push she needs to join the team. I, however, found it to be creepy and completely lacking boundaries. You can't just follow people around and harass people, guys. It's creepy. Do better, Avant-Guards. Otherwise, fun issue. Recommended!

I love this series. I love the art, I love the diversity in race, gender identity, gender presentation, body type, sexuality, religion. It's just so good! I'm rooting for Olivia and Charlie <3
