******SPOILERS AHEAD******

GOAT has been formed, slowly but surely, Kaneki is winning the support of Ghouls. It was great to see him establish his strength and give them confidence that he can lead them.

Our Investigators are really conflicted about Haise. It really hurts when someone you trust, one that you had high hopes for turns out a different way. I was quite surprised that in that short span Haise had managed to leave a mark on not just the Qs but even Juuzou and Ui.

On the other hand, Furuta is proving to be a seriously manipulative villain. Involving humans to play Clown Ghouls, this guy is just playing with the lives and emotions of Investigators. When Goat tried to prove they were not sending out Clowns, he brought out V - considered the allies of CCG to muddle people's opinion about GOAT. He is insane, I've no idea what his goals are but all I know is that he gives zero shit about the lives being lost.

Also, even Urie wasn't spared of the Actually-I-Hate-My-Parent trope. I'm really worried for him after seeing both his eyes go Ghoulish. How's that possible, what went wrong, will he be joining CCG after becoming like this, I'm worried.

And Amon enters again. So he was captured by Qs and is here for what? But, finally Kaneki is going to meet this transformed version of Amon! It's finally happening!

Liked it more than previous volume. This one still has a lot of fighting, but not that much as in previous one. Got to see a bit of Urie and his fight. Goats are executing their plan to get RC supressor. Clowns are up to something, CGI and Goat found their common enemy.
