Definitely geared towards school-aged kids. My kindergarteners thought it was terrific and the rhyming made it great fun to read aloud!

Great way to talk about what expectations kids should have from others when it comes to potty training or even learning to go on their own.

this is a humorous tale of a bunch of animals who fall flat of mastering the finer points of proper bathroom etiquette. (those who may not be flushing every time, the buggers that spray piss all over your goddamned bathroom, and bargers) teach your kids proper bathroom manners without making them feel like jerks by reading them this book.
