This was like the straight reserve harem version of "The descent" or "The Cave".

I happened to enjoy this book despite a lot of the reviews I read. I can see where they're coming from in their reviews, but a lot of the issues other people had weren't much of an issue with me. Yes a few things were a little repetitive, but it wasn't enough to take me away from the story.

I loved the characters. They're all slightly and uniquely different for me. I went into this book expecting to dislike Tyler but I happened to love him just as much as the other guys Kalen, Riggs, and Fin. And for Peyton I really enjoyed her as a character. She's really badass and doesn't let anyone tear her down especially the guys. And when she wants to do something she doesn't let anything or anyone stop her. She's very determined when she gets her mind on something.

There was a part of the book about 70% of the way in concerning a sort of side character who is an important figure and special to Peyton, where I was practically sobbing as I was reading it.

This is a very suspenseful read, something I wasn't quite expecting but enjoyed a lot. And of course there was plenty of sexy scenes in there that I was expecting with a reverse harem story.
