OOMMMGGGG THEE SUSPENNSSEEE HOLLY SHHIITTTT. Author u had me on my toes the whole time I loved it šŸ˜ it was so good in the beginning but when it reached the end I think the last five chapters I felt like it was being dragged on . I loved the scenes where they were fighting the monsters. This is my opinion but I think if they were like a group of friends instead of the book being rh with like another girl there it wouldā€™ve been better. I like how strong and brave and determined she was u donā€™t find that in a lot female mcs so yeah but overall it was a good book. I didnā€™t like den of vipers that much but this oneā€™s better šŸ˜‡

I happened to enjoy this book despite a lot of the reviews I read. I can see where they're coming from in their reviews, but a lot of the issues other people had weren't much of an issue with me. Yes a few things were a little repetitive, but it wasn't enough to take me away from the story.

I loved the characters. They're all slightly and uniquely different for me. I went into this book expecting to dislike Tyler but I happened to love him just as much as the other guys Kalen, Riggs, and Fin. And for Peyton I really enjoyed her as a character. She's really badass and doesn't let anyone tear her down especially the guys. And when she wants to do something she doesn't let anything or anyone stop her. She's very determined when she gets her mind on something.

There was a part of the book about 70% of the way in concerning a sort of side character who is an important figure and special to Peyton, where I was practically sobbing as I was reading it.

This is a very suspenseful read, something I wasn't quite expecting but enjoyed a lot. And of course there was plenty of sexy scenes in there that I was expecting with a reverse harem story.
