I can't really tell if I actually enjoyed this more than the first book or if it's just because unlike the first book it didn't take me multiple attempts to get into it. this also seemed a little less dark than the first book and I'm not entirely sure how I feel about that. this was super interesting however and I couldn't stop reading.
