John is very relatable in how he constantly seeks reassurance from the people around him that they don’t hate him, unrelatable however is how he does so after he has committed heinous atrocities

Biggest lesson: do NOT mess with cows

Nona loves me, and I love Nona. I also love Noodle. And I freakin loved this book! I've seen a couple reviews note that perhaps "Nona" could have been a little shorter and part of "Alecto" as originally planned, and I am thrilled to provide a counter-opinion because I LOVED that we got to linger here for so long. I will once again reference my issue with stories that are too fast-paced, so this slow-paced look into Nona's daily life was right on the money for me. I'm gonna try to do the rest of this with no spoilers. Here are some of the elements of "Nona" I really enjoyed:
πŸ’‘ New information acquired!
πŸ’• Nona is extremely lovable
🐢 Lots of dog mentions
πŸ†’ Criminal children
πŸ˜‚ Still very funny
πŸ—£οΈ Moira Quirk brings 100% again (I listened to the audiobook while waiting for the fancy black-edged copy to arrive at my bookstore)
