Well, that was just really underwhelming when compared to the movie and the first volume. Kingsman, Vol 2 doesn't follow the same story line as the second movie but rather is continues on with the graphic novel. That being said, I feel like this graphic novel should have never been created.
The art is horrendous. Yes, it was probably hand drawn but my gosh is it ugly. Regardless of the plot, some of the drawings were awkward and the characters in those scenes did not look anything like what they should have.
As others have said, the plot seems like a complete replica of the James Bond stuff. There were some random scenes that didn't really fit in such asEggsy randomly having sex with the SASS agent and Red Diamond just sitting in his throne room completely naked .
Overall, Kingsman Vol 2, seems like a gimmick produced by Image to piggyback on the success of the movie franchise and I would probably never recommend it.
