I picked this comic up for free comic book day and I am just now getting around to reading it. This is a very interesting twist of the traditional cat woman stories. If you are familiar with cat women's origin, this is nothing like that. I could definitely see how hard core traditionalists wouldn't like this spin. While I found the tale interesting and pulling me in, I just could not get through the animal violence and it has been stuck in my head for quite sometime. That being said the story intrigues me and I have added it to my to be read to give it a go at some point. If you have read anything else by this author this story definitely has a different feel to it vs her other works.
