A wonderful, well-plotted mystery in the true Holmesian style. The characters feel real and their motivations are credible. I particularly liked how deceiving all the involved are *laughs* And I was amused by the animal's rights bits spread across the story :P
I had only read [b:Tales From the Annals of Sherlock Holmes|57431424|Tales From the Annals of Sherlock Holmes|Arthur Hall|https://i.gr-assets.com/images/S/compressed.photo.goodreads.com/books/1615896105l/57431424._SX50_.jpg|89918539] by this author, which I liked but didn't love. This one, though? This one I loved, and I'm more than willing to go through the whole series.
A great listening choice for any Holmes and Watson fan :)
